How Much Are Birthday Cakes at Costco?

4. Fill out the cake order form, making your selections from top to bottom. You’ll choose the size, cake type, design options, and message.
5. Fill out your information and requested pickup date/time. Be sure to give at least 24 hours notice, or more if required by your local Costco. Some locations prefer 48 or 72 hours notice for custom orders.
